”But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.“

Faith depends on the revealed Will of God. There will be nothing to anchor our faith on if we don’t know what the will of God is.
The Word of God tells us in the above verse that God wants us well and whole. Jesus had perfected our healing on the Cross of Calvary. “…By His stripes, we were healed” confirms to us that our healing is a done deal, therefore our faith can rest upon this truth given by the Scriptures.
Jesus is the revelation of the will of God for mankind. He proclaimed when He was in the world that He came to do the will of His Father. God wanted us forgiven, healed, redeemed, delivered from the shackles of the enemy, blessed financially and materially, and of course resurrected after leaving this world. Jesus accomplished all these when He was in the world. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. What He did then, He still does today.
When we know what the will of God is on a particular matter, we can claim and receive it. The scripture says
”This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.“ (1 John 5:14 NIV).

Our Father and our God, we thank you because in Christ Jesus we have your will revealed. It is Your will that we are made whole, delivered, blessed, and multiplied. Glory be to Your Holy name. Amen.
